Lip Balm Yes to Carrots Discovered: Great Tinted Lip Balm From Yes to Carrots!

I love lip balm, especially tinted lip balm, I wear it every day instead of lipstick because I find that regular lip color leaves my lips dry and flaky. I also don’t like the waxy taste of lipstick.

So, I am always on the search of a good lip balm that is moisturizing, has a nice flavor and leaves a noticeable tint on the lips. Plus, if it is natural or organic that’s even better!

Anyway, so as I was shopping around, I stumbled upon a lip balm by the Yes to Carrots company that had all of those qualities and more. It has a smooth texture, goes on soft and leaves a red-brownish tint on the lips, It is also not too expensive, beng quite comparable to similar items such as Burt’s Bees lip balm (which I also like) and Tierra Tints.

The color I got is Soft Plum and has vitamin E, beeswax, as well as carrot root extract. The ingredients are natural and while it doesn’t necessarily have a fruity flavor, the lip does taste slightly sweet, if not neutral, and lacks that yucky waxy, cosmetic taste.

The Yes to Carrots Tinted Lip Balm comes in different colors and flavors including Peachy Keen, Rosy Bloom as well as un-tinted flavors such as Sweet Fig, Butter Berry and Pomegranate.

You can get the tinted lip balm at various regular and online stores, including Amazon.
